I proposed to Zero Latency Houston's owners the creation of an instructional video to be played in the lobby, allowing customers to familiarize themselves with the rules before entering.
I worked with Mohammad Rashid to identify the key rules necessary for comprehension and from there went to developing the script. After filming, I recognized the importance of visual communication, especially for those for those who are hearing-impaired or have limited English proficiency. Therefore, I incorporated visual aids into the video during the editing process to enhance understanding.
